Chronically Capable: Foundations

Best for young adults newly diagnosed with hEDS, POTS, MCAS, or other chronic conditions who feel overwhelmed and need clarity, support, and a plan. Includes in a 90-minute deep-dive intake session, two 60-minute follow up sessions, and access to RESOURCES TBD. In the foundations package, we review your entire health picture, draw on your strengths, and vision for a strong and capable future.

  • Reiki & Restorative

    This 75-minute Reiki and Restorative class is an invitation to reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom, cultivating resilience and ease.

    Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. As a result, the body’s natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen - helping to establish optimum health, while promoting peace, relaxation, and emotional wellbeing. Reiki utilizes gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy force between us. Combined with the grounding effects of restorative yoga, adding reiki is the cherry on top.
