At Love and Light Wellness, I offer health and wellness coaching rooted in compassion, mindfulness, and evidence-based practice. As a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and registered yoga teacher, I partner with clients to explore their strengths, values, and goals, creating space for sustainable change and greater well-being. My approach blends professional training with a holistic, heart-centered philosophy—supporting you in building resilience, cultivating balance, and discovering what wellness looks like for you.

That being said, because I also live in a body with EDS, I know we only have so many spoons to spend and encourage pacing, rest, and accommodations along the way. 

Positive psychology is central in my practice - YOU know your life best. And by the way, there is so much room for unseriousness and giggles.

But like, what is it?

Using motivational interviewing, I guide conversations that draw out your own values, strengths, and motivations, rather than telling you what to do. Together, we set meaningful, achievable goals rooted in behavior change science, so that shifts in daily habits feel realistic, sustainable, and aligned with your vision of well-being. At Love and Light Wellness, this evidence-based foundation is paired with a compassionate, holistic approach, creating a supportive space for lasting growth, balance, and resilience.

Foundations is designed especially for young adults newly diagnosed with chronic conditions who are craving clarity, support, and a plan that actually fits their life and values. In Foundations, we strip away the pressure to “fix it all” and instead focus on what really matters: understanding your needs, learning to trust your body, and taking small, meaningful steps forward.

Empowerment Package

Need a little more time to integrate? Me too. One thing I’ve learned is that chronic conditions have their own timeline — and honoring that is the first step toward real progress.

Empowerment builds on the work we start in Foundations, giving us more space to practice, experiment, and grow together. With this extra time, I’ll help you develop the skills you need between sessions — things like pacing strategies to prevent flare-ups, energy management tools, and daily habits that actually stick.

They say it takes 21 days to build a habit, but 90 days to build a lifestyle.

Resilience is about sustainability. Together, we’ll design systems and rhythms that support you long-term — even through the ups and downs of chronic illness. By the end, you’ll have the confidence, tools, and self-trust to continue thriving on your own.

And if you’re the type who randomly gets a big thought or idea and needs to share it right away before it floats off into the ether — this plan is perfect. With ongoing text and email support between sessions, you’ll always have me in your corner (and yes, you can send me memes — I love to giggle 💖).
