  • Unfortunately, health coaches do not have a CPT code and cannot bill insurance. To make this service as accessible as possible, I am more than willing to work with people on accessible pricing and offer sliding scale scholarship spots on a first-come first-serve basis.

  • Coaching is about building habits, finding your rhythm, and creating a sustainable lifestyle that supports your health. Advocacy is about navigating the healthcare system — preparing for appointments, organizing records, and building confidence in medical conversations. Some clients choose both!

  • That is completely up to you and what you think would be most helpful. In my own experience, I’ve gotten feedback that weekly or biweekly sessions are most helpful.

  • Absolutely. My approach is gentle, adaptive, and rooted in accessibility. Whether you’re brand new or have been practicing for years, I’ll tailor the class to your body and your comfort level.

  • Yes, for in-person sessions I provide mats, blocks, bolsters, and blankets. For virtual sessions, I’ll help you get creative with what you already have at home — like pillows, blankets, or towels.

  • Definitely! Group sessions can be a beautiful way to connect. You can choose restorative yoga, flow yoga, meditation, or a mix. Pricing varies depending on the group size and length of the class.
