Because of my own chronic illness diagnoses, I often work with folks who have chronic illness and welcome those clients! However! I’d love to work with you regardless of if you have a chronic illness. Just know that your coach comes from a place of softness and nonjudgement, and wants you to feel your best - even when (and especially!) when that looks like resting.
Confused to Capable is a 12-week, beginner-friendly live virtual program designed for people who are questioning whether they have hypermobility, are newly diagnosed with hEDS/HSD, or have had a diagnosis for years but still don’t know what to do next.
If you’ve been dismissed by doctors, stuck in research overwhelm, afraid of making your symptoms worse, or just confused about where to start—you’re not alone and it’s not your fault. The medical system was not built with hypermobile bodies in mind.
